The Amazon store is closed due to the unconstitutional ‘Nexus’ tax law enacted in 2009 by the NC Legislature. Until we can get this repealed or stuck down by the courts, we as NC residents can not be Amazon affiliates and sell to NC residents but everyone else can as they don’t cause a ‘Nexus’ relationship in NC for Amazon.
